RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Brooklyn, NY that is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. Summary: Join a team dedicated to securing enterprise environments from device to access. We focus on identity assurance, access governance, and device trust to reduce risk and strengthen security posture. Responsibilities:

• The Senior Software Engineer will design and implement enterprise security features for device-based access and identity assurance
• Build backend services for access intelligence and authentication policy enforcement
• Develop IAM solutions and integrate with tools like Okta, Google Cloud Platform IAM, and MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune)
• Use languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and PHP
• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead or contribute to initiatives like Trusted Devices, Authentication Restriction, and Access Minimization

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in security software engineering
• Strong coding skills and experience with IAM, MDM, and cloud-native security (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
• Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Chef, Jamf, and CrowdStrike
• Ability to work across ambiguous problem spaces and collaborate with cross-functional teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
