Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Proficiency in managing, configuring and Troubleshooting Avaya communication system • Develop IVR systems using various technologies, scripting languages (e.g., GVP, GML, CCXML), and APIs. • Integrate IVR systems with backend databases, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications.
