Our Client

Our client is a Series A fintech firm transforming how private investments are managed. Their platform streamlines the way investors, advisors, banks, and families track holdings across venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative assets.

They currently serve over 400 clients, including some of the largest banks and financial institutions in the U.S. The business has more than doubled annually since launch and is continuing to grow rapidly.

The role:

Our client is seeking Senior Software Engineers to build and enhance core parts of their platform. This role will have a direct impact on how users interact with their product and will support the engineering team in scaling to meet high demand. You'll partner with product managers, data scientists, and fellow engineers to deliver solutions that simplify private investing.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop scalable software systems to optimise the private investment experience
• Work with product, design, and data teams to build user-facing features end-to-end
• Lead architectural decisions and drive major projects from concept to launch
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code with a focus on performance
• Mentor teammates and help build a strong engineering culture as the team expands

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience building web-based products
• Strong computer science fundamentals and scalable system design skills
• Either full-stack expertise or deep focus in frontend or backend
• A track record of independently driving projects in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams

Bonus if you have:

• Fintech or investment platform experience
• Background at a high-growth startup or as part of a founding engineering team
• Experience developing internal tools or infrastructure to improve engineering productivity
