Senior Software Developer (Full Stack - .NET/React)Location: Onsite - St. Louis Area, MO

A fast-growing organization is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join its development team. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys working across modern technologies and contributing to impactful software solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications across front-end and back-end systems
• Build and maintain APIs and user interfaces using modern frameworks
• Write and optimize SQL queries and data access logic
• Contribute to code quality, testing, and performance improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship when needed
• Support automation and continuous integration efforts

What We're Looking For:

• Several years of professional experience in software development
• Solid understanding of SQL and backend data handling
• Familiarity with version control, Agile workflows, and CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
• Background in leading projects or mentoring developers
• Competitive salary starting at $120,000+ based on experience
