Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform - Alldus International Consulting : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the Fintech industry, are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join their AI team in Colorado. The successful candidate will contribute to a new initiative focused on creating AI-driven workflows for large enterprises, including the development of agentic conversational assistants and personalized applications.

• As the Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to architectural, design and product discussions to define the project's technological direction.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to build customer-facing features.
• Integrate various tools and services via APIs.
• Develop event-streaming architectures to load data into a Customer Data Platform.
• Optimize data extraction, transformation and loading using SQL and AWS big data technologies such as Redshift and Glue.
• Automate workflows and improve data delivery for enhanced scalability.
• Assist data scientists in curating datasets to refine and enhance product performance.
• Ensure software solutions maintain high performance and scalability.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of three years of experience in full-stack or backend engineering, ideally in a startup setting.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines (Spark), databases (Postgres, SQL, MongoDB) and API development.
• Expertise in designing scalable data pipelines and selecting optimal technologies to enhance user experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly collaborative, action-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 DOE
