Their technology division is focused on leveraging AI, machine learning, and modern cloud infrastructure to drive smarter, faster decision-making in a highly regulated industry. THE ROLE

• Lead design and development of AI-powered full-stack applications, APIs, and services
• Build and scale robust data pipelines and RAG-based architectures using modern LLMs
• Integrate cloud-native apps with frontend frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences
• Drive code quality and performance with a test-driven development (TDD) mindset
• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends and bring fresh thinking to a fast-paced engineering team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A successful Software Engineer within this role will likely have the following skills and experience:

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with advanced Python skills
• 2+ years working with LLM evaluation pipelines, multi-agent models, or document ingestion frameworks
• Hands-on experience with public cloud (Azure/AWS), IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, CLI), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Strong frontend integration skills with modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with Azure AI tools (e.g., Azure ML Studio, Azure AI Studio)
• Experience deploying Python solutions using CLI/Bicep/Powershell
• Background in financial services or asset management
