Dotdash Meredith is seeking an experienced technologist with a proven track record of mentorship, innovative thinking, and technical excellence to join our Revenue Development team.

In this role, you will work across the entire Dotdash Meredith portfolio of brands and sites, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, including product owners and other engineering teams, to develop innovative advertising solutions that enhance user engagement and drive revenue. Your work will directly impact the advertising experience at Dotdash Meredith.

This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 3 times a week, with the possibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.

• Develop in a full-stack environment using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Java.
• Integrate and develop mobile ad solutions using ReactNative, iOS SDK, and Android SDK.
• Create ad-tech integrations for websites and mobile apps, partnering with consumer-facing teams.
• Integrate audience and content intelligence platforms to explore new engagement opportunities.
• Experiment with emerging ad technologies, utilizing data analytics for informed decision-making.

• At least 5 years of experience with JavaScript (preferably vanilla ES6+); Java and NodeJS experience is a plus.
• Experience with mobile development technologies such as ReactNative, Swift, and Kotlin.
• 3+ years of experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, familiar with industry standards like OpenRTB, OpenDirect, VAST, and concepts like header bidding.
• Proficiency working with APIs and integrating them into solutions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Git, Jira, etc.

NY: $130,000 - $155,000; CA: $125,000 - $150,000; WA: $125,000 - $150,000; IL: $125,000 - $150,000. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Benefits include health coverage, unlimited PTO, 401K match, parental leave, and more.
