Senior Site Engineer - Unilever, plc : Job Details

BE - As a Senior Site Engineer, you will provide technical support to the Site Technical Manager, assisting with the end-to-end delivery of engineering and maintenance needs at the Unilever operation in Jefferson City, MO. In this role, you will help manage the seamless implementation of projects throughout the site, support factory infrastructure, and operational reliability for the factory. This includes coordinating day-to-day engagement with various stakeholders, managing contractors, ensuring construction safety, overseeing budget management, and scheduling staff. You will support Unilever Manufacturing Standards (UMS) through key pillars, including Early Equipment Management (EEM) and Planned Maintenance (PM). This position reports to the Site Technical Manager at the Jefferson City factory.
