Job Description

ECS is seeking a Senior SIGNIT System Engineer to work in our Warner Robins, GA office.

ECS is seeking a highly qualified Senior SIGINT System Engineer with an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance to work on our project at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

The candidate will be involved with product sustainment, product development, lab support, and engineering services in support of the Operational Flight Program (OFP), Test Program Set (TPS) development and support, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance software, and Mission Support (MS) business lines. Candidate will assist in evaluating current systems, planning of large-scale system projects, purchasing, installing, and supporting network communications, including LAN/WAN systems.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• The selected candidate will perform at a Senior/SME level with minimal assistance from junior staff.
• Manage DCGS SIGINT applications and systems.
• Conduct administration and maintenance of Windows, Windows Server, and Red Hat.
• Utilize automation tools such as Puppet Enterprise, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Bash, and scripting.
• Utilize Atlassian tool suites including Jira, BitBucket, Nexus, and Jenkins.
• Utilize virtualization technologies like Amazon Web Service or Microsoft Azure.

Required Skills

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance; US Citizenship required.
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Security+CE Certification.
• Minimum 6 years' experience with Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) applications and systems.
• Experience installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Linux-based environments.
• Experience monitoring and testing application performance, troubleshooting, and supporting.
• Experience with automation software including Puppet, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, BitBucket, Nexus, Jenkins.
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMWare).
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.

Desired Skills

• 5+ years' experience working on DoD programs.
• Interest in new technologies and adaptability.
