SENIOR SHAREPOINT SPECIALIST - Indev : Job Details

Indev is seeking a proven Senior SharePoint Specialist to assist with their recent cloud migration, particularly guiding their transition to O365 and SharePoint. Their team needs assistance in troubleshooting issues, properly structuring their SharePoint sites, implementing site governance best practices, and providing training to ensure the system is fully functional for end users.This person will perform a system evaluation to diagnose and resolve user access problems, including optimizing all System Configuration settings.This is a contracted role, requiring candidates to work 16-20 hours weekly depending on client needs. You will be fully on-site to start with the potential for hybrid work down the line.YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, maintain, configure, and support SharePoint Online websites on an organizational levelDevelop and implement SharePoint security and access controls with Entra AD integrationDiagnose, track, and resolve SharePoint end user issuesProvide training for users, including 1-1 user training sessionsMaximize data governance best practices, workflow enablement, accessibility, and document sharing.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLEExperience designing, developing, maintaining, configuring, and supporting SharePoint Online websites on an organizational levelAbility to troubleshoot permissions issuesExperience enabling Metadata tagging and site taxonomy utilizing features such as content typesExperience maximizing workflow, accessibility, and document sharingExperience creating custom forms in PowerApps, and workflows utilizing FlowPower BI experienceExperience collaborating directly with system stakeholdersProviding systems training to IT staff, end-users, and system stakeholders.Support production incident tracking, troubleshooting and resolutionKnowledge of Power Platform architectural design principles, administration, and site governance best practicesGood written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently with users of varying understanding of SharePointNICE TO HAVE SPower Platform Certification preferred (there are many of them Fundamentals would be fine)ABOUT INDEVAt Indev, we re not just a company; we re a trailblazing force transforming the way Cloud Infrastructure data shapes the future.
