Credence has an immediate need for a Senior Security Manager supporting the Integrated Development Office (IDO) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The IDO is responsible for early systems acquisition prototyping, experimentation, and mission engineering.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures; manage security personnel to address threats and incidents.
• Deep expertise in the NISPOM and all aspects of DD Form 254.
• Manage program security, working with government and contractor personnel to ensure a secure environment.
• Update security classification guides, prepare security documentation, review contractor deliverables, and evaluate security throughout the program lifecycle.
• Develop security plans, risk analyses, OPSEC plans, and other security-related documents per applicable standards.
• Ensure compliance of contractor documentation and classified data, maintain security databases, and participate in audits.
• Develop and deliver security awareness and education programs; support source selection security activities.

Qualifications:

• Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Master's or Doctorate in a related field with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior security role.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, including 5+ in a senior role.
• 15+ years of related experience with proper certifications, including 8+ in a senior security role.
• Strong background in industrial security, DD 254, SAP/SCI support.

Physical requirements:

• May be required to lift 50 lbs.
• May need to stand and walk for extended periods.
