• As a Scrum Master at Ignite, you will lead Data Engineering and AI/ML Engineering teams in delivering high-impact, client-facing projects for a Navy IT Command.
• You will guide the teams through Agile processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions that meet the unique needs of Navy IT operations.
• You will facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and ensure seamless collaboration between engineering teams and Navy stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of Navy IT systems, processes, and security requirements is critical as you help drive successful project outcomes aligned with Navy objectives.

• Required Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or masters degree with 5+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance

• Schedule: Charleston, SC hybrid 1-2 days onsite; remote candidates outside Charleston, SC will be considered
• Salary: 120k to align with experience and education
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
