Rate Range: $50-$57/Hr Job Description:

• We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile transformations and drive high-impact projects within our banking and financial services division.
• This role demands a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, coupled with extensive experience in the financial sector, to facilitate cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership: Spearhead Agile practices across multiple teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring productive and efficient meetings.
• Team Coaching: Mentor and guide team members on Agile methodologies, promoting self-organization and accountability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external vendors to align project goals and manage dependencies.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to compliance requirements.
• Performance Metrics: Utilize Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) to monitor team performance and drive improvements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all Agile processes and deliverables comply with industry regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8-14 years in Agile environments, with a minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master in the banking or financial services industry.
• Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence; familiarity with banking platforms and regulatory requirements.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Domain Expertise: Experience with digital banking, commercial lending, or core banking platforms.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): Experience in implementing and managing SAFe practices across multiple teams.
• Change Management: Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and Agile transformations.
