• Design synthetic routes and plans based on the chemistry plan using SciFinder/Reaxys or AI design software. Demonstrate strong ability in designing efficient and convergent synthetic routes. Skilled in literature searches.
• Deep understanding of organic chemistry and mechanisms.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing multi-step synthesis of small molecules.
• Manage a team of up to 10 chemists to ensure high-quality delivery of small molecular compounds.
• Support daily project work and report progress to the supervisor.
• Allocate approximately 50% of time on bench troubleshooting and 50% on team management.

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related fields; graduates from US or EU preferred.
• Undergraduate degree from a Chinese 985 university preferred.
• Proficient in English oral and written communication.
