Responsibilities: Provides oversight and guidance to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects Lead complex functionaldiscussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits andrecommendations Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform Ability to work independently,as well as part of an Agile team, on multiple client projects Serves as subject matter expertand point of contact on content, processes, procedures and functionalityassociated with assigned applications for projects and application support Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar fieldwith 2+ years of Salesforce development experience Knowledge and experience with Agile best practices Must have certifications: Developer 1 and 2, App Builder Nice to have, or in process of completing:Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect Certification Experience with Salesforce, specifically Lightning WebComponents, Apex and SFDX Prior experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce D2C, Tableau, and Mulesoft is a plus Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, andverbal/written communication Have a record of success in improving processes andadoption using the Salesforce platform Experience with common integration patterns usedbetween legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills.
