Position Summary:

The Senior Salesforce Administrator plays a crucial role by developing and executing scalable, multi-disciplinary strategies that drive revenue growth. This individual will deliver solutions to enhance capabilities and operational efficiencies across sales, legal, delivery, finance, and client service functions, utilizing Salesforce's suite of products. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, a strong understanding of the lead-to-cash process, and experience in driving Salesforce adoption within complex, multinational organizations. Candidates should possess both business analysis skills and intermediate Salesforce development capabilities to mentor junior team members and build effective solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing sales enablement capabilities within Salesforce, aligned with industry best practices and corporate goals;
  • Maintaining and configuring Xpansiv's Salesforce ecosystem, including flows, automations, custom objects, user setup, and more;
  • Translating stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions focused on efficiency and user experience;
  • Identifying underutilized Salesforce features and creating platform roadmaps;
  • Supporting sales activities such as pipeline management, forecasting, and contract management;
  • Performing system maintenance, security reviews, and release updates;
  • Developing and delivering Salesforce training programs to stakeholders;
  • Communicating platform changes effectively to users and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or master's with 5+ years in Salesforce leadership roles within Professional Services, Financial Services, or SaaS;
  • 2-4 years of managing matrixed teams with a proven track record;
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications, with additional certifications preferred;
  • Proficiency in web scripting languages such as HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, JavaScript;
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new tools.

Compensation:

Salary varies by region; for example, in New York, expected range is $165,000-$190,000, based on skills and experience.
