Senior Sales Representative Compensation: $125K-$200K per/year Job Type : Full-time, In-person. At NY State Solar, we design, build, and install high-quality solar energy systems across New York. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping communities transition to economically and environmentally sustainable energy solutions. A Senior Sales Representative will serve as an in-home consultant, educating and guiding local homeowners interested in going solar, while acting as a trusted partner and liaison throughout the entire process. Senior Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: Educate homeowners on available solar programs and gather the necessary documents for proposal preparation Follow up on self-generated leads and guide projects through to contract signing Demonstrate a commitment to personal development and continuous learning Collaborate with team members—and enjoy the process! Senior Sales Representative Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Closing Sales experience required Strong communication and active listening skills Proficient with technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce) and communication platforms such as email, Chatter, and WhatsApp Comfortable discussing financial details and tax implications with homeowners High energy, sense of urgency, and the ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: Competitive base pay plus commission and bonuses — uncapped earning potential!
