Principal Account Manager | National Recruiting Manager for Architectural & Engineering Talent

The HVAC Sales/Project Manager is responsible for project management and account sales of residential custom home projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete sales of new and change orders of HVAC projects for high end homes.
• Collaborate internally with engineering department to ensure accurate scope of work and costs. Manage job costs and budget. Minimize cost.
• Complete work in progress reviews. Visit job sites to communicate progress, safety needs, and opportunities with the production department.
• Bill projects
• Complete buyout pricing with subcontractors and for large equipment and material orders.
• Stay up on the latest products and technology in the HVAC industry.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Highly organized and goal driven
• Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Construction or field experience
• Salesforce or CRM experience
• HVAC (mechanical) experience
