QLM Search is partnering a specialist Flavor ingredients group that is looking to appoint a Sales (SENIOR) Director. Reporting to VP sales and forming part of a the Commercial leadership team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 3 & 5 year commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute effective Flavor category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business.

-Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.

-Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.

-Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches.

Candidates MUST have proven experience as a Senior Sales Director within the FLAVOR INGREDIENTS (ONLY) SECTOR (Food and/or Beverage). You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a small team. You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Flavors Ingredients for both Food & Beverage with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
