The Role

The Senior Sales Director will partner with brand advertisers and their agencies to align Pixability's core products with client objectives, satisfying their needs while contributing to revenue growth. Our Sales organization is supported by knowledgeable and passionate teams in Strategy & Planning, Customer Success, Insights, and Data Science. Our extensive experience working with leading brands across key verticals provides our sellers with a rich repository of insights and success stories.

What You Bring to the Party :

  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed within a team environment.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of online media sales experience, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets and building a strong pipeline across diverse accounts, especially in Entertainment, Automotive, and Consumer Tech.
  • 5+ years of video sales experience (specifically YouTube or ConnectedTV) with an understanding of the paid social ecosystem and experience selling both managed and licensed service models.
  • Strong personal network with key agency contacts across video, search, social, investment, and programmatic teams, at independent advertising agencies, and directly with brands.
  • The ability to partner with brand marketers and agencies to formulate strategies based on client objectives and strategically position Pixability within the larger ad-tech and mar-tech landscape.
  • Successful experience using a solution selling / customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent presentation skills that bring data and analytics to life, with an ability to understand and leverage data to support clients.

The pay range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000 USD. This role is eligible for commission and equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as skills, experience, and education. If your expectations fall outside this range, a conversation may still be worthwhile.
