Role Overview

We're looking for a senior-level, on-the-ground salesperson who can take full ownership of the sales process—from outreach and relationship-building to closing and account management. You'll focus on selling into universities and colleges and should come equipped with existing contacts in higher ed and a proven track record of success in this space.

You may have worked at companies like Fresh Prints, Greek House, College Hill, or others that specialize in selling into campus markets—and you know how to build trust with student leaders, procurement teams, and university departments alike.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end sales for higher education accounts: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Leverage your existing university relationships to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Travel across the U.S. to meet clients in person, attend campus events, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to university needs.
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights.
Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a focus on the higher education sector.
  • Existing relationships with university procurement teams, student organizations, or campus departments.
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage large accounts independently.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and in-person selling.
  • Experience at companies like Fresh Prints, College Hill, Greek House, or similar is a strong plus.
  • Passionate about sustainability and excited to be part of a purpose-driven company.
  • Self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
