A Brief Overview

The Senior Risk Analyst is responsible for assisting the GRC Manager in identifying and implementing strategic enhancements for the ERM program, supporting day-to-day management of regulatory examinations, and governing Executive Risk Management Committee matters.

The employee must adhere to the Bank's BSA, AML, and OFAC policies, follow specific procedures, report suspicious activities, and complete mandatory training.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Governance, Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs

  • Support regulatory examinations, communications, and requests from agencies such as FDIC, FED, OCIF.
  • Provide second-line oversight for Risk Management practices.
  • Execute and monitor the corporate policy and product program cycle, including new products and services.
  • Manage Policy Management and Regulatory Exam modules of the GRC tool and provide training.
  • Lead special projects as assigned.
  • Research industry developments and regulatory environment.
  • Assist with ERMC agenda, Regulatory Affairs updates, and Quarterly Risk Reports.
  • Support the Corporate Material Risk Assessment Program.
  • Conduct risk analyses, develop mitigation strategies, and prepare reports.
  • Review third-party contracts, business proposals, and coordinate risk analysis if needed.
  • Support governance of the corporate incentive plan.
  • Administer and maintain the GRC software platform.
  • Produce ERM Risk Newsletter.
  • Evaluate and monitor Regulatory observations.

Interaction

  • Work across regions and countries, reflecting the role's responsibilities, not the location.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required; Master's preferred.
  • Certifications such as CPA, Credit Risk Management, or CIS Auditor are preferred.
  • 6-7 years of experience in relevant fields such as Banking, Risk Management, or Financial Reporting.
