Innovate and develop new ML/NLP/GenAI approaches while mentoring with leading experts.Participate in the entire research and model development lifecycle from brainstorming to delivering reports.Collaborate with a global team of research engineers and academic partners.Publish research findings at leading international academic conferences.Solve real-world challenges using a wealth of unique data available to the team.What is Required (Qualifications):
PhD student or recent graduate with research experience in a technical discipline.First-author publications at relevant academic venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or similar.Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting research findings.Self-driven attitude and ability to work with limited supervision.Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with uncertainty.How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with state-of-the-art research topics in large language models (LLMs).Familiarity with cloud tools like Amazon AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud.Previous experience with large-scale machine learning systems.Strong software and/or infrastructure engineering skills demonstrated through contributions to open-source libraries.#J-18808-Ljbffr
