Senior Research Associate, Analytics - Legend Biotech USA : Job Details

This role provides support in the form of executing analytical methods to support efforts in the early development of new exploratory lentivirus vectors leading to new and impactful gene therapies at Legend Biotech. These analytical methods encompass, but are not limited to, cell-based assays, genetic quantitation (ie. d. PCR), and ligand binding assays (ie. ELISA, MSD). Key Responsibilities Lentiviral vector (LVV) functional titration through transduction and flow cytometry LVV genetic payload quantification via d. PCR LVV protein concentration determination via ligand binding assays Preparation and delivery of analytical technical reports and data presentations Supports analytical efforts in the development of new LVV product across the Vector Biology team where needed Maintains an organized laboratory environment to provide consistent results Requirements BS degree with 3 years; or MS degree with 2 years experience in biochemistry, virology, molecular biology, cell & gene therapy o...Research Associate, Analytics, Associate, Research, Senior, Chemistry, Technology
