Macy's Senior Reliability Maintenance Technicians use a combination of mechanical, electrical, computer, and software skills to work with smart technologies, such as robots, automated conveyor systems and computer-integrated distribution equipment. They serve as the SME and trainer for all equipment inside of the fulfillment center performing predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance on time to provide high levels of equipment availability.
