Senior Relativity SME - CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) : Job Details

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with Relativitys staff to resolve software-specific issues, test software releases, and establish templates, views, scripts, or workflows used across workspaces or divisions.

• Providing advanced support and guidance in Relativity to attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists.
• Performing data culling and identification using complex searches and custom indices.
• Working with technical support to resolve user issues.
• Testing software releases and establishing templates and workflows.
• Staying proficient in Relativity and its analytics tools.
• Advocating for new features within Relativity and participating in demos, training, and documentation.

• Minimum of ten (10) years of litigation support experience, including four (4) years with Relativity.
• Relativity RCA certification required.
• Excellent communication skills and U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Additional Relativity certifications including Master.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery, Conformity Engine, and Microsoft SQL Server.

Pay range: $179,275.20/yr - $258,953.07/yr. This range is provided by CGS Federal; actual pay depends on skills and experience.
