Senior Regional Accountant - The LaSalle Group : Job Details

LaSalle Network is thrilled to be recruiting for a Senior Regional Accountant on behalf of a respected real estate advisory firm located in bustling NYC! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant who's ready to own AR, AP, month-end close and commission calculations for a large regional portfolio. If you love balancing books, solving problems and collaborating with top-tier professionals, you'll fit right in. This role is budgeted up to a base of $90,000 with 10% additional target bonus. This role will be in office in Midtown 4x a week. Senior Regional Accountant Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts receivable and payable for properties across NY, NJ and PA
• Lead accurate and timely close processes each month and quarter
• Perform complex commission calculations for brokers and agents
• Prepare, review and analyze financial reports
• Maintain clean reconciliations and GL accuracy
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve variances and answer inquiries
• Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline workflows

Senior Regional Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting, ideally in real estate advisory or property management
• Strong command of Excel; knowledge of Yardi, MRI or other property management systems preferred
• Detail-oriented with a knack for deadlines and multi-tasking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to commute to NYC Midtown office and travel within the Tri-State region as needed
