Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join the team. The position is
hybrid and based part of the week at their office in
Midtown, Manhattan. This firm has a

excellent benefits!Job Details - Enter and update candidate information in ATS
- Review resumes and perform initial phone screenings (20-30% recruiting for Junior positions)
- Communicate with candidates and provide a positive, seamless hiring experience
- Schedule interviews and manage virtual meeting rooms
- Greet candidates for on-site interviews
- Manage onboarding, background check, and conflict check processes
- Provide general HR department support
- Salary: $80-90k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications - Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years Legal Recruiting experience
- Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through
- Tech savvy, confident in Microsoft Office Suite, and able to learn new software quickly
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
