Job purpose
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for driving the company's full cycle talent acquisition (TA) process. This role will focus on talent acquisition and will work with the talent acquisition team in attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions. This position will possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of vacancies and will stay current with industry trends to recruit, source, and select the best fit candidates.
Duties and responsibilities
- Act as a company ambassador and drive full life-cycle talent acquisition process which includes: recruiting, sourcing, scheduling, offer creation, background screening, and onboarding.
- Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate competencies, while coaching hiring managers to similarly conduct a structured interview process.
- Manage job postings in applicant tracking system and external sites.
- File documents into appropriate employee files to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Lead career fairs to build candidate pool and grow company brand.
- Build relationships with various stakeholders including: executives, hiring managers, HR team, universities, and candidates.
- Work with leadership team in filling open positions and act in a consultative capacity.
- Lead marketing efforts to grow talent applicant pool and brand awareness through a variety of methods.
- Collaborate with the HR team in any TA and non-TA special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another business discipline.
- 3-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience required; experience with sales-based roles preferred.
- 3PL industry experience strongly preferred.
- Must have strong sales and people skills to generate candidate interest in open roles.
- Comfortable interacting with leadership and executive teams.
- Proficiency in the use of job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
- Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential data.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and inherent reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Detail oriented and the ability to multi-task.

Compensation
Compensation for this role will range between $65,000-$70,000.
Working conditions
General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard equipment available.
