Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Senior Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment. This onsite role in Bellevue, WA is ideal for a motivated and highly organized recruitment professional who thrives in complex and technical industries. Location: Bellevue, WA Length of Assignment: 12+ months Benefits: Three insurance levels, 401K + match, sick leave, and working with a great company! Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including administration of requisition and candidate workflow.
  • Provide load-balancing and backup support across all functions.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Foster a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain detailed communication with hiring managers and stakeholders regarding candidate and position status.
  • Prepare offers for approval, negotiate, and successfully close.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding in partnership with HR and various systems.
  • Work with the Recruiting Coordinator team to coordinate staffing schedules.
  • Ensure candidate records and job postings are current in various systems.
  • Maintain and update various reporting mechanisms.
  • Assist with coordination of other team activities as needed.
  • Foster Diversity and Inclusion in all hiring practices.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Preference for experience hiring within highly technical, R&D, or first-of-a-kind environments (e.g., advanced manufacturing, pharma, aerospace)
  • Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced, production-driven setting
  • Strong sourcing, pipelining, and candidate engagement capabilities
  • Deep familiarity with managing workflows in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Understanding of OFCCP guidelines and compliance best practices
  • Effective partnership experience with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Adaptability in navigating changing priorities and occasional ambiguity
  • High attention to detail, customer service orientation, and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated integrity, respect, and collaborative mindset
