As a company, we are committed to driving innovation while maintaining excellence in every phase of our project lifecycle.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Quality Lead to join our QA team in Brooklyn, OH. The ideal candidate is a hands-on testing expert with leadership experience in large-scale software projects. This role involves guiding testing strategy, execution, and reporting to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team on a large transformational project, potentially managing multiple QA leads and ensuring all testing activities meet quality standards.
• Oversee quality across all project phases including requirement reviews, test script development, execution, and results analysis.
• Identify system and UI gaps or workflow issues and communicate risks like technical debt and potential delays to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing resources and project deliverables, including scheduling, test estimates, traceability, test coverage, defect triage, and project health reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech Leads, PMs, and BAs in grooming sessions, status updates, and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience:
• 5+ years as a Testing Lead in multi-year, large-scale projects
• 3+ years in quality assurance with demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with API and Batch ETL testing and automation tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira
• Experience working in onsite-offshore team structures
• Proficiency in leading defect management processes and reporting
• Strong understanding of testing techniques, risk-based testing, and automation coverage
• Skills:
• Expertise in exploratory testing and automation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to prioritize test coverage based on risk and impact
• Process optimization mindset to reduce waste and improve efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UI testing and automation
• Exposure to Collections and Recovery applications
