Job DetailsResponsibilities:1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of our products.2. Oversee all product inspections, ensuring that they are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.3. Analyze and evaluate data to identify areas of improvement in the quality system.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues.5. Lead root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions.6. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.7. Monitor and manage supplier quality performance and lead supplier audits.8. Participate in the design and development of processes, systems, and equipment to ensure quality considerations are addressed.9. Train and guide staff on new standards and regulations.10. Continuously improve quality engineering practices, tooling, and processes.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role or similar within the Manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience with inspection, quality control, and semiconductor manufacturing.4. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards.5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.6. Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.8. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and quality control applications.9. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.10.
