Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - IMI : Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to establish quality requirements and procedures, ensure product conformity to customer and industry standards, and support auditing activities. The role involves managing day-to-day priorities, reviewing specifications, developing inspection standards, monitoring quality performance, and collaborating with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities include:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in QA, with 1+ years in auditing.
• Preferred experience in nuclear QA, NQA-1 Lead Auditor, and valve manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME, NACE, API, and ASTM standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: The role requires sitting, handling, talking, occasional standing and walking, with work environments ranging from office to manufacturing settings. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.

Compensation: $115,000-$130,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
