Rose Digital is seeking a QA automation engineer with a focus on web and hybrid mobile UX. Candidates must have experience creating native mobile test automation suites and manual QA testing. We offer a casual, fun, and fast-paced environment ideal for self-motivated individuals eager to build great user experiences with cutting-edge technology.

While our organization operates remotely, team members are required to be available on Eastern Time for meetings.

NOTE: This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment upon successful performance.

Responsibilities:

• Developing features for web and mobile apps within an agile team.
• Producing test documentation, developing and maintaining automated selenium test suites, executing test procedures, and supporting successful deployments.
• Collaborating with project managers and team leads to implement new features and maintain existing ones.

Please ensure you can create and run native automation tests on iOS, Android, and web applications. Do not apply if you cannot automate tests across all platforms.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Performing end-to-end and regression testing.
• Creating and maintaining automation frameworks and supporting development teams manually.
• Driving improvements in quality.

Desired Requirements:

• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise software and handling customer escalations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience gathering functional requirements and translating them into executable test cases.
