We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to design and own our entire QA process. If you thrive in environments where you can set the standard, build from scratch, and use AI to supercharge your work—this is for you.

• Set up the entire QA system from the ground up
• Design and execute test plans for new and existing features
• Handle both manual and automated testing (sanity, regression, exploratory)
• Select the best automation framework and roll it out
• Collaborate closely with developers to improve coverage and catch bugs early
• Integrate AI tools to speed up test generation, prioritization, and reporting

• 4+ years in QA engineering, including startup or product experience
• Solid grasp of QA methodologies and process design
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end automation (e.g., Selenium or similar)
• Experience with AI in QA (test generation, bug analysis, prioritization)
• Confidence with backend validation, APIs, and cross-functional testing

• Process ownership from zero to scale
• Sanity & regression automation
• Framework design and rollout
• Practical use of AI tools in testing
