Position: Full-timeVacancy: 2Job Requirements:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions for data processing and system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and frontend developers.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and industry trends.
• Work with AI/ML models, integrate AI-driven features, and optimize AI-related workflows.

Technical Skill Requirements:

• Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL & NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Soft Skills Requirements:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Academic Requirements:

Not much. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don't care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary.

But if you have a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in CS / CSC / CSE / Software Engineering, it's a plus of course.
