This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing senior housing assets, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.Why join us?Medical, Dental, Vision401kPTOSick leavePotential relo assistanceand much more!Job DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations of one or more senior living properties, ensuring high standards in resident satisfaction, occupancy, and financial performance.Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize property value and performance.Supervise and mentor on-site staff, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams.Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis in collaboration with accounting and asset management teams.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts to maintain property standards.Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs.Foster a community environment that supports the unique needs of senior residents.QualificationsMinimum 5–7 years of property management experience, with at least 3 years in senior living or age-restricted communities.Strong knowledge of market rate housing operations and financial management.Proven leadership and team development skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage).CAM, CPM, or similar certification preferred.Interested in hearing more?
