Job Description Summary:
Provides leadership and oversight for one or two large or complex properties, ensuring a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. Responsible for operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.

- Oversee operations, marketing, financial management, and maintenance.
- Maintain community safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
- Develop and monitor budgets and maintenance plans.
- Engage with residents and communicate effectively and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals.
- Manage leasing, rent collection, and delinquency.
- Implement safety protocols and promote a culture of safety.
- Coordinate resident services and community engagement activities.
- Prepare operational and financial reports.
- Participate in training and develop staff career paths.
- Support other communities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage all property staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline, in accordance with policies and laws.
Skills, Experience, and Talents:
- At least five years property management or related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Certification in occupancy and tax credit compliance or willingness to obtain.
- Proven marketing and leasing success.
- Strong financial skills and budget management.
- Leadership ability to motivate and innovate.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learner of new software.
- Interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and customer service focus.
- Attention to detail and reliable transportation.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Read, write, stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks up to 25 lbs.
- Work may involve outdoor conditions and travel.
