Senior Property Manager - Morrow & Associates : Job Details

We're hiring on behalf of our client who is a well-established, private held, commercial real estate investment and management firm based out of the Midwest with a portfolio of 11M+ SQFT throughout the United States.

They are actively looking for a Senior Property Manager to join them as a key member of their growing team. This role will be responsible for leading property management efforts in the Indianapolis region. This position is work from home, with the option of having a local co-working space. Must reside in Indianapolis, IN

Key Details:

• Responsible for day-to-day management of a ~2 million SQFT portfolio
• Reports into the Director of Property Management who is based in Columbus
• Candidate will be the main point of contact for the entire portfolio

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years' experience in commercial property management experience (industrial-construction management a plus)
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Advancement knowledge with Yardi
• Excellent communications skills and good negotiator
