Senior Property Claims Adjuster - Supplement **Job Number**

: 189930 As a **senior supplement claims adjuster** on our Home & Property team, youll ensure first-party homeowner supplemental property claims are fairy and accurately investigated. Youll be reviewing and collaborating estimates while negotiating with contractors on damages. In this role youll handle high severity and weather-related property damage claims.

This is a remote position. Youll have the option to spend two weeks of onboarding in our St. Petersburg, FL office to experience our unique, inclusive culture.

**Duties & responsibilities can include**

* Approve and adjust estimates of damage and loss amounts

* Determines extent of companys liability

* Use varying methods of investigation including taking recorded statements, consulting with police, inspecting property damage and reviewing documents

* Estimate cost of repairs, replacement or compensation

* Take on leadership or training responsibilities

**Must-have qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree or higher and at least five years of experience within property & casualty insurance claims

* Instead of the above, an associate degree and six years of work experience within financial services, customer service, construction, property management, or related field; at least five years of which must be in property & casualty insurance claims

* Instead of a degree, seven years of work experience in one of the fields noted above, at least five years of which must be in property & casualty insurance claims

* Adjuster 620 License required within 30 days of hire

**Compensation**

* $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience

* Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
