Seeking an experienced Senior Project | Process Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for supporting production through process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing while driving operational excellence and long-term performance improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in process or project engineering within a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical, or related industry preferred)
• Proven experience in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, process safety, and quality systems
• Demonstrated success leading capital projects and cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
• Professional certifications (Lean Six Sigma Green | Black Belt, PMP) are a plus
