Title: Senior Project Manager | Public Construction Company: Leading NYC General Contractor Compensation: $150,000-$200,000 Location: New York, NY Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card ONLY The Senior Project Manager | Residential Construction is responsible for:

• Oversee multiple public sector construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
• Liaise with city and state agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Manage site personnel, scheduling, and compliance documentation
• Manage the construction loan process, create monthly requisitions, and develop monthly project reports.

The ideal Senior Project Manager | Residential Construction will have:

• 10 years of ground-up residential construction experience as a Project Manager in the public sector construction (NYCHA, SCA, OGS, DDC preferred) on projects upwards of $50M+.
• New Construction or rehab experience is REQUIRED.
• Understanding of vendor selection
• BA in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Related Fields. Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, E-Builder
