Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Houston, Texas, United States

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of construction on K-12 Project
• Oversee projects completion, leading quality assurance, cost management, procurement and conflict management activities
• Lead cross-functional teams of superintendents, subcontractors and vendors, and support Senior Team members across the overall construction program
• Oversee RFI, submittal, change order, and billing processes
• Conduct scheduling and financial planning to ensure projects on time and on budget delivery
• Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager
• Experience in managing K-12 projects
• Experience in construction management as owners representative
• 5+ years experience in managing commercial projects exceeding 20 million USD in value
