Senior Project Manager – HQ (Design-Build)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead a $40M + Design-Build project in Riviera Beach, FL. This is a complex, public-sector project that requires deep knowledge of design-build delivery, public safety infrastructure, and government compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project from design coordination through construction and closeout, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client, architect, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage the design-build process, ensuring early coordination and alignment between design and construction teams.
• Oversee subcontractor bidding, contract execution, and buyout processes.
• Develop and maintain project schedule, budget forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Lead all project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and regulatory interactions with city and county officials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with at least 5 years in public safety, civic, or municipal projects.
• Prior experience managing design-build delivery is required.
• Excellent understanding of public-sector project compliance, reporting, and procurement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in construction software such as Procore, MS Project, and other industry-standard tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
