Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project delivery for complex healthcare and commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Oversee preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management in collaboration with estimating and operations teams.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare and institutional clients.
- Manage subcontractor performance, negotiations, and contract administration.
- Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant PMs, and other team members to build local talent.
- Drive innovation and best practices to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in project management for large-scale commercial or healthcare construction projects.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills with experience developing long-term relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, codes, and safety standards.
