Overview

Our client seeks a highly technical, strong communicator to lead complex construction projects, primarily on-site. The role involves overseeing a six-year, $4 billion healthcare project, ensuring project success in safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project safety plans and provide jobsite leadership.
  • Create project controls and procedures to manage complex requirements and mitigate risks.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasts, billing, and deviations.
  • Develop and oversee project-specific quality and closeout plans.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including superintendents and engineers.
  • Formulate subcontracting strategies, review scopes, and ensure buyout integrity.
  • Implement contract enforcement, risk mitigation, and manage insurance and bonds.
  • Lead project estimating, constructability reviews, and develop CPM schedules.
  • Build local market networks and foster team development and inclusivity.
  • Translate organizational strategies into team actions.
    • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
    • 8-12 years of project management experience in healthcare, life sciences, or data centers, with projects over $100M.
    • Strong technical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office.
    • Legal work authorization in the US; ability to pass drug and background checks.
