This role involves leading complex initiatives from kickoff to completion, ensuring quality outcomes on time and within budget. The Senior PM will oversee planning, execution, resource management, vendor coordination, and issue resolution across the project lifecycle.

• Define project goals with stakeholders and lead planning to meet strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, collaborating with technical teams and third-party partners.
• Facilitate project scoping, solution design, and creation of key deliverables.
• Monitor budgets, recommend changes, and maintain financial documentation.
• Identify and manage risks, escalate issues as needed.
• Track dependencies and milestones, using project tools and meetings.
• Generate status reports and update stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate communications, UAT planning, and training with business units.
• Ensure thorough documentation, including installation guides and runbooks.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Perform additional duties to support project success.

• Excellent communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience gathering and refining business and technical requirements.
• Knowledge of project and software development methodologies (PMLC, SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM).
• Familiarity with IT environments, including infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, and architecture standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in dynamic environments.
• Analytical skills to map technical requirements to business needs.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and modern project management tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience in utilities (water or electric) is a plus.
• 5+ years in IT project management with experience leading infrastructure or enterprise deployments.
• Familiarity with PMO standards, documentation, and governance.

• Hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite weekly.
• Locations: Milwaukee, WI or Paramus, NJ.
