Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in St. Charles, IL. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role, responsible for managing commercial construction projects from inception through completion.

As a Senior Project Manager at New Path Construction, you will oversee every aspect of the build process ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to drive execution, solve complex challenges, and uphold our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities include schedule and budget management, conducting site inspections, resolving jobsite issues, facilitating communications, and maintaining full compliance with safety and building regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial construction project management, including planning, execution, and closeout
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and site safety regulations
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Expertise in expediting, inspections, and resolving field issues with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Solid understanding of logistics management and resource coordination across multiple phases
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry strongly preferred
• Strong capabilities in all Microsoft Programs, especially Excel and Project.
• Strong Financial Accumen
