This is a mid-level position into the Operation career path. This employee must have a minimum of 7 years work experience in the construction industry and should possess the educational background to support their role in this position.
Minimum qualifications for consideration into this position:
- 7 years of work experience in the commercial construction industry
- College graduate
- Computer skills including: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Procore, Primavera, DropBox, etc.
- Experience in the field construction operations (Estimating, Foreman, etc.)
Senior Project Coordinator assists the Superintendent and Project Manager during all phases of the project.
- Assist with mobilization phase
- Expedite material and equipment deliveries
- Maintain submittal summary log, etc.
- Subcontract Administration
- Plan and specification distribution
- Conduct quality control inspections if directed by Superintendent
- Owner-Architect Communications
- Assist with close-out.
