This position involves supporting the Project Management Office by leading internal and external projects, managing communications and expectations with clients, achieving project goals, and overseeing the project budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor Project Managers and handle complex projects at strategic accounts
• Oversee, train, and develop project staff
• Manage projects from design to production, defining requirements and planning lifecycle deployment
• Coordinate resource requirements and schedules with Service Directors
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Plan and schedule project milestones and deliverables
• Lead project engineering teams and resolve conflicts
• Conduct team assessments and facilitate meetings
• Manage project documentation, scope, and operational aspects
• Review deliverables and enforce project standards
• Manage project budgets, revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial analysis
• Identify opportunities for business development and client relationship building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field
• PMP Certification or equivalent
• At least 10 years of project management or IT management experience
• Minimum 5 years supporting IT business processes
• Certifications like ITIL, knowledge of PMBOK, Six Sigma are a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Understanding of revenue models, P/L, and cost projections

Position Details

Salary range: $105,000 - $145,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits. Details will be provided upon offer. This is an at-will employment position with possible salary modifications.
